We’re factory-trained on all major brands and perform most services in-house — faster turnaround, better results, and no guessing games. From basic maintenance to full rebuilds and custom tuning, we’ll get your setup performing exactly how you want it.

 

Why It Matters

Suspension doesn’t last forever. Fork and shock seals dry out, oil breaks down, and your ride starts to feel harsh or inconsistent. Regular service every 50–100 hours keeps performance smooth and your warranty intact.
 Plus, well-maintained suspension improves traction, control, and overall confidence — especially on rough local trails like Frick, Laurel, and North Park.

 

Basic In House Service: 50-100 Hours

Fork Service — $75 + seals

  • Remove lowers, clean & inspect stanchions

  • Replace foam rings, wipers, and oil

  • Inspect bushings and crush washers

  • Reassemble and torque to spec

Shock Service — $100 + seals

  • Record current air and damping settings

  • Replace air can seals, clean internals, refresh fluid

  • Leak test and re-set original settings

Dropper Post Service — $75 + kit

  • Inspect, clean, and re-grease

  • Replace seals, glide rings, and keys

  • Reassemble and test for smooth function

 

Advanced In-House Service: 200 Hours

Damper Bleed — $100 + Seals

  • Restores control and consistency by refreshing damper fluid and purging air.
  • Includes lower service and a complete bleed.

Damper / Shock Overhaul — $150 + seals

For high-mileage or hard-ridden setups (200+ hours).

  • Full teardown, cleaning,
  • Replacement of internal seals
  • Rebuild to factory specs

Suspension Tuning Consultation — Free with any service

We’ll walk through your settings, riding style, and any issues you’re feeling on trail — then recommend setup tweaks or maintenance schedules.

 

Set Up Services

Sag Setup — $30 (Free with any service)

The simplest way to make your suspension feel right. We’ll set your air pressures, rebound, and compression for your body weight and riding style — whether you’re chasing speed, stability, or comfort.
 Includes personalized pressure chart and rebound settings so you can fine-tune later.

Telemetry Setup + Ride Session — $150/HR

Want data-driven suspension performance? We use telemetry sensors to record your fork and shock movement in real time while you ride.
 You’ll get:

  • Custom setup based on your terrain, bike, and goals

  • Data-backed tuning recommendations

  • Before-and-after comparison for sag, rebound, and compression balance

  • Follow-up notes for race or event tuning
