Bikepack West Virginia

Ohiopyle → Snowshoe Bikepacking Trip (Friends Test Run)

May 27–30, 2026 • 275 miles • 19,800 ft of climbing

Hey friends — I’m putting together a Flat Tire Co. Adventure Series test run this spring from Ohiopyle, PA to Snowshoe, WV.
It’s a 4-day mixed-surface bikepacking adventure following the Great Allegheny Passage, West Virginia gravel backroads, and mountain climbs through Davis, Beverly, and Snowshoe.

This is a pilot trip before I open it up officially next year — a small crew, shared effort, and plenty of good food, laughs, and climbing. The group is limited to 8 people for logistics.

💰 Cost: $400 per person

Covers all group logistics and shared expenses:

  • Lodging each night (Ohiopyle → Cumberland → Davis → Beverly → Snowshoe)

  • Breakfast at Decatur House

  • Dinner at Siriani’s Pizza Café (Davis)

  • Pavillion and Electric at Beverly, self supported night

  • GPX routes, coordination, and planning

You’re responsible for your own bike, gear, snacks, and camping setup (sleep system for Decatur & Beverly).
